Review:
Blurring the line between fiction and reality, the fact-based, sci-fi thriller revolves around a military conspiracy and the controversial missing persons case surrounding the infamous Phoenix Lights.
As someone who witnessed these events I was curious to see what they would do with this film. The Phoenix Incident felt like a home movie gone wrong and the ending really didn't do it for me.
Interesting just not very good.
