City 40 is a really interesting look on what its been like for the residents of 40 to live in their closed in city from the illusion of good to the gritty bad and the trials they still have to suffer because of their ancestors and their countries past as well as America's mistakes. 

Secrets aren't always a great thing and neither is not planning for our future.

There are too many people in the world in high ranking places of power that have control of some very frightening weapons who aren't afraid to ignore the consequences of what using them will be for those who are left behind to suffer in its wake.
