Movie Night: Sully

Review:

The story of Chesley Sullenberger, an American pilot who became a hero after landing his damaged plane on the Hudson River in order to save the flight's passengers and crew.

Sully was a good movie which Hanks portrays very well. I thought Sully was worth the watch but the long drawn out periods during the trial and the conflicting news and media claims drew out the movie a little bit too much. Still it was ended well and I liked it. Its sad he basically had to defend himself in order not to be held accountable for what happened to save his name and reputation against the flight companies but its easily understandable since we are a society in which struggles to take responsibility for anything. Sully did his job and he saved his passengers. The end.
