Due Diligence (Takeover #3) by Anna Zabo

Review:

Due Diligence (Takeover) - Anna Zabo

After Fazil Kurt breaks up with his girlfriend, a business trip to Seattle offers some much-needed time away. Sent by S.R. Anderson Consulting, Fazil is there to help audit Singularity Storage, a company they are trying to save. His first discovery is intriguing to say the least: One of Singularity's engineers is Todd Douglas, Fazil’s first love.

He knows better than to get personally involved on a job like this. Back in high school, Todd broke Fazil’s heart more times than he could count, but both men have grown so much since then—and Fazil never could say no to Todd..

My Review:

Have you ever seen that movie Hocus Pocus with Bette Midler in it? There's a line a little girl says about her brother to a girl he has a crush on and it goes something like this: "Max likes your yabbos.. In fact, he loves them."

For whatever reason I kept thinking of this line the entire time I was reading this book. Over and over Fazil was like this line and the brother in the movie. He had day dreams about the guy he had a crush on he obsessed over a certain anatomy it was repetitive as it was with Fazil. I was waiting half the time to see if someone would just come out and say it just to add a humor moment to break the tension but hey I still got a laugh out of my own thoughts so eh. Despite the fact that I didn't know this was an m/m story it was a fairly good read and kept me entertained.
